A couple guys "mustanged" to Commander Doc Pterman and "Matt" Dillon. I always thought Peterman was a perfect name for corpsman!

I remember the incident well! But I was on the Blue Crew.

I recall the Blue Crew having the boat in drydock, the Russians interested, etc.

Merry Christmas to all!
Spent 2 Christmas seasons at 200+ feet aboard the 634 Boat back in the day and qualified SS 2 days after Christmas 1976.
Best wishes to all our submariners on Christmas patrol this year.
