I was the E-Div LPO when the snorkel mast flooded and filled the fan room half full of water. E-Div did heroic work and got everything back on line.

Got on board in 75 On my third patrol NAVETs secured air to the snorkel valve, BCP threw the switch, it indicated shut, flapper valve closed and shook the boat after we dived from snorkel depth.
